Working in the technology, medical, and financial services industries since the early 1980s, Jim has gained a broad understanding of how technology integrates with marketing and sales, as well as first-hand experience in account, product, and technology management.
Focusing on the executive search industry for more than a decade, Jim applies his knowledge and experience to developing the right solutions for companies and candidates. Prior to establishing Cardinal Mark, he was Vice President for Brad Martin & Associcates in Minneapolis. Jim received a B.A. in Business Administration with a Marketing concentartion and Computer Science minor from Winona State University.
